Yes — Spoonie Sessions are one-off nutrition consultations available whenever you need support, with no lock-in or ongoing commitment required. You can find all the details and book directly on the [Spoonie Sessions page].

My consultations are held online via Google Meet, so location isn't a barrier for most clients. I'm not currently set up to process international insurance claims, so sessions would be out of pocket — but if you're based outside of Australia (excluding the US and Canada) and interested in working together, feel free to get in touch and we can have a chat about whether it's something we can make work
