Support that fits your life, not the rules

Support that fits your life, not the rules ✽

Stop forcing your body to follow plans that don’t work. I help spoonies and people with chronic illness navigate food, fatigue, and flare-ups with practical, compassionate strategies, no guilt, no diet rules, just support that actually works for you.

How I work

Living with chronic illness or low energy can make even the simplest things feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to food, nutrition, and your health. I help you take the stress out of it.

Your nutrition support should fit you, your body, lifestyle, and needs. Together, we’ll uncover your personal triggers, learn to listen to your body, and build strategies that actually work for your life, not someone else’s rules.

You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and confident in your choices. I practice from a non-diet, HAES perspective, so our work is about flexibility, compassion, and practical tools, not guilt or restrictions.
