Finally feel heard

Feel supported and understood through non-judgemental guidance that meets you where you are — and gives you the tools to show up more fully in your life.

Less overwhelm, more clarity

Reduce fear and overwhelm around food and symptoms by understanding your triggers and patterns — so you can eat with confidence and free up mental space for what matters most.

Care from someone clinically trained and lived-experience led.

There are a lot of dietitians out there. What makes The Spoonie Dietitian different is the combination of evidence-based clinical training and genuine lived experience of chronic illness — endometriosis, POTS, and hypermobility. That changes everything about how I show up for you.
