 Flourish Coaching is for you if you're living with a chronic condition — whether that's dysautonomia, hypermobility, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or something that still doesn't have a tidy name — and you're ready to stop guessing and start understanding what actually works for your body.

Over a minimum of 8–12 weeks, we work together to build a sustainable, personalised nutrition approach. No restrictive protocols. No one-size-fits-all meal plans. Just practical, evidence-informed support that adapts to your fluctuating energy, your symptoms, and your goals.

What's included in every session:

  • 45–60 minute video consultation via Google Meet

  • Weekly check-ins between sessions to keep momentum and troubleshoot in real time

  • Personalised resources, handouts, and summaries tailored to you

Option 1 — Monthly Consults
Minimum 12 weeks | $55/week (billed at $220/month)

Monthly consultations with weekly check-ins. A steady, supported pace — ideal if you prefer a slower rhythm or your energy and budget benefit from monthly billing.

Option 2 — Fortnightly Consults
Minimum 8 weeks | $90/week (billed at $180/fortnight)

Fortnightly consultations with weekly check-ins. More frequent touchpoints to build momentum quickly — ideal if you want closer support in the early stages of making changes.

It's my most specialised program, designed specifically for people navigating life with endo — whether you've just received your diagnosis, you're post-surgery, you're managing flares, or you've been living with it for years and are finally ready to get real support.

Over a minimum of 12 weeks, we go deep. We work through the evidence on endo and nutrition together, explore what's driving your symptoms, and build a genuinely personalised approach — one that fits your body, your cycle, your flare days, and your life.

We start with a free 15-minute chat to talk about where you're at, what you're hoping to achieve, and which program is the right fit for you.

Your first consultation

Your initial 60 minute session is where we go deep — your health history, your symptoms, your relationship with food, and what you want your life to feel like. From here, we build your personalised plan.

Weekly check-ins

Between consultations, we stay connected with weekly check-ins. These are your space to share what's working, what's not, and anything that's come up — so nothing falls through the cracks between sessions.

Ongoing consultations

Monthly or fortnightly (depending on your program), we continue building, refining, and adjusting your approach together — as your body, your symptoms, and your life evolves.

Resources and summaries

After every consultation, you'll receive a personalised session summary and any resources we discussed — delivered within 3 business days, all in writing, so you always have something to refer back to.

I didn't create Flourish from a textbook. I created it because I've lived the reality of trying to manage a chronic illness while being handed generic advice, dismissed by practitioners, and left to figure it out alone. I know how exhausting that is. And I know how much it can change when you finally have someone in your corner who actually understands.

Flourish with Endo is my specialised, premium program, designed specifically for people living with endometriosis. It goes deeper into the evidence around endo and nutrition and is tailored to the unique complexity of the condition.

  • If you have endometriosis (with or without other conditions), Flourish with Endo is designed for you. If you're living with chronic illness more broadly, Flourish Coaching is your starting point. Not sure? Book a free discovery call and we can figure it out together.

  • Both options include the same weekly check-ins and personalised resources — the difference is consultation frequency and minimum program length. Monthly consultations run for a minimum of 12 weeks at $55/week ($220/month). Fortnightly consultations run for a minimum of 8 weeks at $90/week ($180/fortnight). If you'd benefit from a slower pace or more manageable billing, monthly works well. If you want to build momentum faster with more frequent sessions, fortnightly is a great fit.

  • Yes — the minimum program lengths are there because real, sustainable change takes time. 8–12 weeks gives us enough space to understand your body, make meaningful shifts, and start to see results. That said, many clients find that once they start feeling the benefits, they want to continue beyond the minimum.

  • All consultations are held online via Google Meet — join from home, from bed, from wherever you're at on the day. No travel, no waiting rooms.

  • Private health fund rebates may apply depending on your level of cover. Unfortunately, the Flourish programs are not currently eligible for Medicare CDM rebates (which are limited to a set number of sessions). If you're looking for Medicare-rebated appointments, Spoonie Sessions may be a better fit.

  • That's such a valid concern — and it's one I hear often. Most nutrition support for people with chronic illness is built for people without chronic illness. It doesn't account for fluctuating energy, flares, or the genuine complexity of managing symptoms through food. Flourish is built specifically for your reality.
